Participation in CXO Inner Circle meetings, summits, or programmes does not guarantee any specific business outcome, lead, partnership, sale, or introduction. The platform creates the environment; outcomes depend on the participants.

Membership and participation in CXO Inner Circle events is by invitation or approved application only. The Company reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.

Members are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism and respect at all times. The Company reserves the right to revoke membership or participation rights for conduct that is disruptive, disrespectful, or contrary to the spirit of the platform.

All participation fees, membership fees, and partnership fees are subject to confirmation in writing. Fees are non-transferable unless explicitly agreed in writing.
